HOW TO MAKE KINILAW NA ISDA
INGREDIENTS
Fish- 1kilo
White Onion- 2 pcs Medium size
Tomato- 2 pcs Meduim size
Calamansi- 10 pcs
Cucumber- 1 pc Meduim size
Chili Red- 10 pcs
Vinegar
Salt
Ginger
Magic Sarap- 1 pack
PROCEDURE
STEP 1. Clean the fish well and remove the bone and head.
STEP 2. Add a little salt and wash with vinegar.
STEP 3. After that put it in a clean bowl
STEP 4. Cut the tomato and onion into a small size
STEP 5. Also slice ginger to remove the fish scum's
STEP 6.Also cut chili red and calamansi
STEP 7. Squeeze ad strain the calamansi to remove its seeds.
