  HOW TO MAKE KINILAW NA ISDA INGREDIENTS Fish- 1kilo White Onion- 2 pcs Medium size Tomato- 2 pcs Meduim size Calamansi- 10 pcs Cucumber- 1 pc Meduim size Chili Red- 10 pcs Vinegar Salt Ginger Magic Sarap- 1 pack PROCEDURE STEP 1. Clean the fish well and remove the bone and head. STEP 2. Add a little salt and wash with vinegar. STEP 3. After that put it in a clean bowl STEP 4. Cut the tomato and onion into a small size STEP 5. Also slice ginger to remove the fish scum's STEP 6.Also cut chili red and calamansi STEP 7. Squeeze ad strain  the calamansi to remove its seeds. STEP 8. Add magic sarap and salt until it dissolves. STEP 9. If you want spicy slice the chilie red. STEP 10. Cut the cucmber into small size STEP 11. Put in a large bowl and mix together , add vinegar for extra sourness.. STE P 12.
