SIZZLING CHICKEN INTESTINE (ISAW NG MANOK SISIG)

How to cook  sizzling chicken intestine



 


INGREDIENTS


Chicken Intestine- 2 kilos

Chicken Liver- 1/4

White Onion or Red Onion- 2pcs medium size

Calamansi- 15 pcs

Mayonnaise- 2 packs small size

Butter -1/8 size

Magic sarap- 1 pack

Asin- Optional

Chili Green- 3 pcs

Chili Red- 5 pcs

Oil


PROCEDURE


STEP 1. Clean the Chicken Intestine (Linisan ang isaw ng manok)

STEP 2. Boil it for 10 mins (pakuluan ito ng 10 mins)

STEP 3. Discard the water and drain it (Itapon ang tubig at patuyuin)

STEP 4. Apply Magic sarap and fry it (lagyan ng magic sarap saka prituhin)

STEP 5. Also fry the chicken liver (iprito din ang atay ng manok)

STEP 6, Then cut it into small pieces (hiwain ito ng maliit)

STEP 7. Cut the onion into small slices and mix it with the chicken intestine and chicken liver (hiwain ang sibuyas sa malilit na hiwa at ihalo na ang isaw ng manok at atay  ng manok)

STEP 8. Squeeze the calamans and remove the seeds (pigain ang calamansi at tangaalan ng buto)

STEP 9. Put the magis sarap on the calamansi and melt it (lgyan ng magic sarap ang katas ng calamansi para doon tunawin)

STEP 10. Add the mayonnaise to the chicken intestine and chicken liver mixture, also add the calamansi as well (lagayn ng mayonnaise ang  hialong isaw ant at ng manok . Ilgay din ang calamansi)

STEP 11. Mix it well and a crushed pepper and salt (Ito ay haloin ng mabuti at lagu=yan na din ng pamintang durog at asin)

STEP 12. Slice the chili into small size (hiwain ng maliliit ang sili)

STEP 13. Put the butter in the pan and cook the chicken intestine and chicken liver in 10 minutes (maglagay ng  butter sa kawali at lutuin sito ang isaw at atay ng manok sa loob ng 10 minutes.)
